Minimum 3 players per division.  Withdrawals prior to one week before the event subject to $10 administration fee.  Withdrawals within the last week subject to $20 fee.  Withdrawals within 48 hours of event start will receive players package.

As always there is more than 100% payout to 40%+ of each field

Note: Parking fees are $2 per person per day and will be charged with your entry.   Camping will be $15 per site, fees include parking on the days you are camping.

After 11 years at our original location, Schweitzer Grove (Little Africa) in Carmichael, and 5 years at Lake Hogan in Valley Springs, the Disaster is moving to Lake Amador in Ione, Ca.  The spirit of this tournament is to encourage golfers of all ages and abilities to come out and bond together with their respective clubs and with other CVS clubs.  Lake Hogan is managed by Disc Golfers and has 3 courses available to us.   We will be using the South and the Camp course for the event.

Camping is encouraged, with many folks arriving as early as Wednesday.   There are over 100 sites available to us, with many free hot showers and flush toilets.  Lake Amador is also known for great fishing and is stocked on a regular basis.  Other amenities such as a full service restaurant, bar (with pool tables), and disc golf pro shop (yes, believe it or not!) are all available to us.  You can camp anywhere other than directly by the lake, which is reserved for those who are here primarily to fish.  Though you can camp where you like, clubs are encouraged to band together and fly their flags, banners etc. 

We will have a glow course set up beginning as early as Thursday, and a putting competition Friday night with a custom Disaster Prize.  We may have a poker game Thursday and/or Saturday night as well.

Lunch will be available, please purchase in advance on discgolfscene.

We are expecting 190 players so come on out for one of the largest non PDGA sanctioned events in the country.

As always, no tournament director fees (shame on those who do).  100% of your entry fee minus the $3 CVS fee is put back into your divisional payout.  Pros will receive at least $5 per player in ADDED cash.  All players packages, which include shirts for Am's are funded through sponsorship, raffle sales, disc sales, and side games such as putting and poker so PLEASE support these activities.

I played my first round of golf 26 years ago today :-)  That is why the Disaster is on V-Day weekend every year.
